Website submissions are requests, not guaranteed appointments or acceptance. Photography availability, property access, deliverables, turnaround and final scope are confirmed directly.

Pricing and payment

Displayed pricing describes current base services. Final pricing is verified against the submitted files and requested work. Online payment is not currently collected on this website; payment instructions are supplied after review.

Customer responsibilities

You must have permission to provide property information and uploaded photographs. Submitted files must not contain unlawful content, malware or material that infringes another party’s rights.

Creative services

Photography and editing results depend on property condition, source-file quality, weather, access and requested services. Any material changes to scope or delivery are communicated before work proceeds.
